COOKING WITH JAMES - LASAGNA (April 2013)

Welcome back to "2-Sweet's" World!

Today we are making lasagna!  Delicious!

First, layer the large pan with sauce

Second, we are using no-boil noodles to complete the next layer on top of the sauce...

Third, place a layer of ricotta cheese on top of noodles...

Another layer of sauce...

Then...shredded cheese...your choice of cheese (cheddar/sharp cheddar/mozzarella etc...)

More noodles...

Layer of ricotta, layer of sauce...

Final (GENEROUS) layer of shredded cheese.  Make sure to cover every inch of sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil.  Bake on 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

The top cheese layer will be completely melted and pan will be heated throughout.  Here are a few pictures of the finished product!!!
